Week 1

September 14, 2020 - Double I Fantasy Football
Back

What a 1st week in the inaugural season of the The Double I Show Fantasy Football League. It certainly was jammed packed with drama. Guys stepping up, Big names out for the season and this is just week 1. How did everyone do? Well let’s get into it.

Talk about a kick in the nuts. Team AGRDS Avenger Angel got their taint handed to them on a silver platter week 1. Team abeyta came out swinging at the sound of the bell and never stopped throwing haymakers. Even Mahomes coundn’t save AGRDS Avenger Angel from the hurt that D. Hop was dropping this week.

No Ma’am fought the good fight up until the bitter end, but Henry wasn’t enough to overcome the lead that Philly Special built up on Sunday. Philly Special had a big week lead by Davante Adams and Matty Ice. Look’s like Philly will be able to cruise next week when he faces the mighty mighty AGRDS Avenger Angel

Sparky needs a defibrillator and it’s only been one week.  When you have some good players that either got hurt or just shit the bed…what are you going to do next? Not to mention, sparky was going up against the youngest in the group, Bikini bottom OGMixedBean is a Fantasy rookie and only 18 years old. Way to make your debut in a big way.

By the time the Monday night games rolled around, Team Winning was already locked into a comfortable win. Another week 1 win by a Fantasy rookie flexing on the LB Niner 49, who just barely missed the 100 mark. Even a good performance by Elliott on Sunday night couldn’t save him from team winning. Let’s see if Team Winning can keep it up next week against Sweet T.

No love loss here. The two hosts went straight at each other in a bare knuckle fight. Sweet T setting the tone with a solid performance from Kelce on Thursday night. King all but conceded that this might be his week. But Sweet T knew better than to ever count out King. When you have huge weeks from Thielen, Jacobs and Murray you can’t help but have a knock out against Sweet T, who’s only hope is Von Miller less Denver Defense HA HA HA. That;s why he’s called R.W King!!!
